-Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
-Potato - 1 number.
-Onion - 1 number.
-Chopped green chilli - 1 tea spoon.
-Chopped coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons.
-Chopped mint leaves - 2 teaspoons.
-Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
-Chick pea flour - 2 tablespoons.
-Salt - to taste.
-Oil - to fry.


- Take a bowl and add chick pea flour, boiled potato, breadcrumbs, green chill, chopped onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt, water and mix it like a bajji batter and keep it aside.

- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry this bread pakoda both the side until become golden brown colour.

- Tasty instant bread pakoda is ready to serve it with tomato ketchup.
