Pumpkin Paratha

Chilli powder 1tsp
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Clove 2
Onion 1small
Pumpkin or Yellow Squash 1 1/2cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 1tsp


1. Mix flour, salt, water, oil and make into a soft dough. Keep it aside for 1/2 hour.

2. Heat oil, add onion, garlic, all the spices, salt,sugar and cook for 15 mins. till done.

3. Roll a lemon sized dough, fill with stuffing, seal the edges and carefully roll into a 5 inches diameter paratha.

4. Grease a non-stick tawa with little oil and cook the paratha on both sides till golden brown in colour.

5. Serve with chilled curds.
