Carrot - 6 big size
Green chilli - fistfull(or according to taste)
Tamarid - lemon size
Oil - 2 tbsp(for frying)
Salt - to taste
1.After cutting into 1 inch square pieces,fry the carrots,green chilli and tamrind together with
oil.
2.Let these cook for 5 to 6 min in low to medium flame.
3.After fried,let them cool for 2 to 3min and grind them together with salt.This will be tasty with hot rice,Dosa,Curd rice and chapthi too.
These measurements serve 6 to 7 people.
