Tomato Puree 1 Cup
Check Pea Flour 1 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves 3 Springs
Onion Seeds (kalonji) 1/2 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander Chopped 1/2 Bunch
Red Chilly 2 Numbers
Mint Chopped 1/2 Bunch
Chilly Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Turmeric Pinch
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Eggs 5 Numbers
Green Chilly 3 Numbers
Salt To Taste

Take a bowl add turmeric, coriander powder, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped mint, fried onions, chopped coriander
add some water make a slurry. Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji (onion seeds), curry leaves,
add check pea flour, mix it well and add prepared slurry and add tomato puree
add green chilly, add some water cook this for 10 minutes then adjust the seasoning add some salt, sugar and add boiled and fried eggs,
cook for some time then switch off the flame.
Serve this with rice and naan or chapati.
