Chana daal & tur daal grams 150
Coconut tbsp 1
Coriander chopped bunch 1
Cumin seeds tsp 1/4
Field Green Beans grams 250
Hing pinch
Methi seeds tsp 1/8
Mustard seeds tsp 1/4
Red chilly number 3
Salt to taste
Sambar powder tbsp 1
Tamarind juice cup 1/4

Pour some oil in a pan when oil is hot, add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds, red chilly, methi seeds, hing, turmeric add field beans, sauté it for a minute then add tamarind juice, water, sambar powder, ground coconut, salt, cook this in a slow flame for 15 minutes, then add tur daal and chana daal (boiled), add chopped coriander. Serve this with rice.
