250gm moongdal
50gm onion
10gm green chillies
10 gm ginger
10gm turmeric powder
10gm cumin
1tbsp ghee or oil
Soak moongdal for one hour in luke warm water.chop onions,green chillies and ginger.grind the green moongdal to a fine paste.add salt and turmeric powder and set aside for half an hour.heat a dosa pan spread the batter like a dosa and sprinkle onions,green chillies,ginger and cumin.spread just 1tbsp of ghee over the dosa and flip it around.cook for 2more minutes and serve hot.
