Menstural cramps(pain) is reduced by eating raw garlic cloves. Remove outer skin of fresh garlic cloves and bake them in the conventional oven at 350 until it gets golden color. Or fry them in little oil. Eat 5 cloves per day. Good for high BP and Cholestorol problems.
