* 1 cup freshly grated coconut
* 1 cup chopped coriander or cilantro leaves
* 2 green chilies or according to taste
* 2 tspns. lemon juice
* 1 to 11/2 tsp. sugar
* 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
* Salt to taste
Put all ingredients in a small blender. Blend till smooth. Add very little water as required. Use on buttered or non-buttered bread for sandwiches.
