500 g Potato (Peeled, Boiled and Mashed)
1/2 cup Ghee
1 and 1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp Cardamom Powder
10-12 Almonds (Slivered)
10-12 Pistachio (Slivered)
10-12 Cashew Nuts (Slivered)
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add mashed potatoes and cook on medium heat until potatoes are slightly browned.
It will take approximately 10-12 minutes.
Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add almonds, pistachio and cashew nuts and mix well. Serve hot.
Mash the potatoes nicely. Any lumps in halwa will not taste good.
