Bangalore brinjal 1-2 Numbers
Oil 2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Garlic 5 Numbers
Green chillies 3 Numbers
Onions(chopped) 1 Cup
Curry leaves 1 Springs
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Toor dal 1 Cup
Water 1-2 Cup
Coriander leaves(chopped)1 Teaspoons
1. Slight peel skin of Bangalore brinjal, remove seeds and cut into big pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies and saute it.
3. Add onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, little salt and saute it.
4. Add big pieces of Bangalore brinjal and saute it. Place lid and cook it.
5. Add boiled toor dal, water, boil it once and atlast add coriander leaves and switch off flame.
6. Now Bangalore brinjal dal is ready to serve.
