Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
Hing Pinch
Urad Daal 1 Teaspoons
Chana Daal 1 Teaspoons
Red Chilly 2 Numbers
Mustard Seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Coconut Powder 2 Tablespoons
Green Chilly 4 Numbers
Plantain (raw Banana) 2 Numbers
Curry Leaves 2 Springs
Salt To Taste
Turmeric Pinch
Garlic Chopped 1/2 Teaspoons


First take green chilly, fresh grated coconut put in to the blender and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds splutter add red chilly, chana dal, urad daal, pinch of hing, onion chopped, curry leaves, salt, turmeric, chopped garlic, sauté it for a minute, add plantain (boiled), toss it and add prepared paste of coconut and green chilly, mix it well and cook for 5 minutes, add chopped coriander, then switch off the flame.
