Puffed rice 2 Cup
Oil 1/4 Cup
American corn 1/2 Cup
Onion(finely chopped)1/2 Cup
Green bell pepper 1/2 Cup
Carrot(finely chopped)1/2 Cup
French beans(finely chopped)1/2 Cup
Soya sauce 1 Teaspoons
MSG 1 Pinch
Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Green peas 1 Tablespoons
Spring onion(finely chopped)1 tablespoons


1. Drench puffed rice in water and strain water later keep aside.
2. Heat ½ cup oil in a wok and transfer into a bowl.
3. In the same wok heat 2 tbs oil and add chopped American corn, onion, green bell pepper and toss it.
4. To it add carrot, french beans, puffed rice, soya sauce, MSG, vinegar, pepper powder, green peas, little salt, spring onion and toss it.
5. Transfer into serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
6. Now puffed rice fried rice is ready to serve.
