Do Your Best Do Not Worry About the Results - Life Lesson from Bhagavad Gita

Bhagavad Gita inspired us to walk on the path of righteousness in our life.

When an individual begins a task he firstly worries about the results due to this he cannot focus well on his works and he works lesser than that of his calibre and worries more about the result that’s why he can not get the desired result so according to Krishna if you want your 100% result you have to first work with 100% devotion and don’t worry about the outcome before the actual result has come.

There is a saying Do your best don't worry about the results of your test . Cultivate the right attitude, with which we have to perform actions and experience the results of those actions, our lives will become full of peace and bliss. Performing actions without expectation of results - It doesn’t mean that one should work without accepting the wages. If we are able to perform actions without being preoccupied with the benefits, we will be able to discharge our duties efficiently. The results will come to us, naturally.

Avoid Worrying

Remember worry is worshipping the problem. Worry is a fire. One becomes consumed with anxieties that something bad may happen. Param Pujya Dadashri says, ‘Carefulness is awareness and worry is to have anxieties, which eat you up from within.’ As the main cause of all the stress and worries in life is one’s own ego and sense of ‘doer-ship’, the ultimate solution to becoming worry-free would be to understand who the real achiever is in this world. The first step to achieve this knowledge is to attain Self Realization and discover the science behind doership.

Stop worrying and free yourself.

-Analyse whether your worries are self-invited or a reality? For example, when you worry about what people will think and you try to adapt to their expectations that is a self-invited worry.

-Do not get entangled in thoughts about the problem, instead focus on finding a solution.

-If you are unable to find a solution, ask your well-wisher for advice.

-Concentrate on the work at hand, otherwise it will ruin not only your present, but also your future.

-If things seem out of your control and you cannot think of a solution, why worry? Stay positive and keep trying.

Oppose adverse circumstances, look for solutions, but don't worry.
