Chicken Wings 1/2 kg
Maida Flour 1/4 Cup
Lemon Two
Peppered powder as required
Salt to taste
Egg one
Bread gram (Coating purpose)
Oil (Deep fry)
TO MAKE MARINADE: Combine the Maida, Lemon Juice, red food coloring, Salt, Peppered Powder and Egg (first egg should be mixed in a separate bowl and add) Mix well.
On each chicken wing, push the meat down to one end.
Dip the wings in the bread gram and deep fry. Ready to serve!
