Aloo Gobi

Main Ingredient: Aloo


Amchoor pdr 1/2 tsp
Cauliflower,cut into florets 1
Chopped coriander leaves 1bunch
Coriander powder 2tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
gr peas 1tbsp
Green chilli 2
Oil 1/4cup
Onion 1
Potatoes, cubed 4
Red chili powder 1tsp
salt to taste
Tomatoes, chopped 3
Turmeric powder 3/4tsp


Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli and add turmeric cook till oil ozzes out Add rest of spices mixed in water

Add poatoes. and cauliflower
Also salt. Fry for few minutes.

Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked

Serve hot with naan , chapati , roti
