Freshly grated coconut
Roasted Channa Dal
Cashew nuts
Jeera - Cumin Seeds
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Coriander
Urad dall
Curry leaves
Mustard Seeds
Red chillies
Chopped green chillies
Salt
Hing powder
Tamarind
Mix all ingredients coconut ,ginger ,green chillies,dhalia .cashew,tamrind, salt , add some water and salt and blend the mixture to a fine paste.
Make tempering or tadka in hot oil ; add mustard , red chilli ,cumin,urad dal ,hing , curry leaves and top it on chutney and serve with dosa ,Idli or any south Indian breakfast.
