1 large ripe banana, chopped
1 cup whole wheat flour (Vivatta chakki atta)
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 eggs or Flax meal Egg Replacer
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon oil
butter or oil for cooking pancakes
