8 big mushrooms
15 gms pickle spices
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of turmeric powder


Step 1: Wash mushrooms and boil it in turmeric and salt mixed water

Step 2: Remove stick from mushrooms and chop it finely. Mix pickle spices well and now the stuffing is ready.

Step 3: Fill each mushrooms equally with stuffing and roast it in OTG for 2-3 minutes. Now your spicy stuffed mushroom is ready, serve it hot with Green coriander/Mint chutney and onion rings.
