coriander pdr 1tbsp
corn flour ,maida 2tbsp
cream 2tbsp
crushed cashew nuts 1tbsp
cumin 1tsp
ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
kastoori methi 1tsp
oil 1tbsp
onion 1
paneer 300grams
raisins 1tbsp
salt 1pinch
tomato 2large
turmeric 1pinch
whole garam masala 1piece


Slice paneer as shown and stuff with sweet and tangy preparation of grated paneer,raisins, and for little saurness you can also add amchoor pdr.

make silky gravy as shown or you can Make kofta gravy too.

Add pan fried paneer to the sauce and simmer.

Tastes well with zafrani pulao.
