Chicken fat grams 100
Chopped coriander bunch 1
Chopped parsley tbsp 2
Cream tbsp 2
Garam masala tsp 1
Garlic tsp 1
Lemon juice tbsp 2
Pepper powder tsp 1
Red chilly flakes tbsp 1
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add chicken fat, blend in a blender make a nice coarse mince. In this add cream, pepper powder, salt, garlic, red chilly flakes, garam masala, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, lemon juice, mix it well and divide the mixture into equal patties, and coat with the bread crumb. Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the coated chicken patties, Serve patties on burger buns with your favorite filling.
