Chick pea flour
Oil
marinate fish with tandoori powder for 2hours.
Take 4 table spoons of Chick pea flour, using the marinate liquid from the fish make a thick paste.
Dip the fish pieces in the chick pea batter.
Take a thick bottom deep pan, take enough oil for deep fry.
When the oil is hot enough, dip the fish in the chick pea batter and deep fry for 3-4 minutes till the fish turns golden brown. Keep on turning the fish for consistent frying on both sides.
Serve it with ketchup.
