Eggs (Boiled) 6 Numbers
Carrot 1 Cup
Cucumber 1 Cup
Bell Pepper 1 Cup
Corn Flour 1 Cup
All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Garlic (Chopped) 1 Teaspoons
Ginger (Chopped) 1 Teaspoons
Red Chili Paste 1 Tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup 2 Tablespoons
Soya Sauce 1 Teaspoons
MSG 1 Pinch
Pepper (Crushed) 1 Teaspoons


1. Add Corn Flour and All-Purpose Flour in equal measures in a bowl. Mix it with required salt and water to make not so thick or thin batter.
2. Cut the boiled eggs into halves and place them on a plate. Pour the batter on them to form a good batter coating on the eggs.
3. Fry the eggs in the hot oil, till they turn into slightly fried and crsipy.
4. Take a new pan and add less hot oil. Add chopped Garlic and Ginger.
5. Add the medallions Bell Pepper, Carrot, Cucumber and Red Chili paste and stir fry.
6. Add Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce, MSG, salt and crushed Pepper and stir fry.
7. Add the fried egg pieces and toss them.
8. Serve it hot.
