For fair complexion:Never forget the traditional fairness secret of applying turmeric powder with sandalwood paste daily for best results. The paste can be applied on the facial area and washed off with cold water once it dries on its own.
For dark armpits:Mix besan (gram flour), curd, lemon juice and a little turmeric and apply at least three times a week under the arms. Wash it off after half an hour. It will definitely work wonders.
