coriander leaves,chopped 2 Teaspoons
Green chilli,chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Onion ,chopped 1/4 Cup
Carrots,chopped 3/4 Cup
Rice flour 1/2 Cup
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Bread crumbs 1 Cup
mint leaves,chopped 1 Teaspoons
Soda bicarbonate Pinch
Oil To Fry


Combine chopped onion, carrots, green chillies, mint, coriander leaves and yogurt. Mix well. Add rice flour, cooking soda, salt, breadcrumbs and a little water. Mix thoroughly. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Apply oil on your palm and then shape in to round vadas Deep fry in medium hot oil till light brown and crisp.
