Mutton or Lamb Chops 8 medium size
Onion 1 medium size
Tomatoes 3 medium size
Green Chillies 2 small
Garlic Cloves 3 finely chopped
Ginger 1 table spoon thinly sliced
Chilli Pepper-red 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 3/4 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil 5 teaspoon
Cilantro For garnishing.
Collect all ingredients.
Add cooking oil to the pot and heat it for 2 minutes.
Slice onion and tomatoes.
Add sliced onions and tomatoes and stir.
Add chops to the pots.
Add all the spices.
Cover the pot and let it cook for 25 minutes till you see water.
Now cook down the water, this will take another 15 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cup of boiling water.
Cover the pressure cooker and let the pressure build - single whistle.
Turn down the heat and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
Open when safe check the tenderness of chops if done cook down the water.
Add corainder leaves or cilantro and serve hot.
Serve with roti, chapati or nan.
