Ajwain Rice

Rice- 1 Cup (Cooked)
Garlic -3 cloves (Finely Chopped)
Red-chillies- 2
Mustard& Cumin seeds-1/4 spoon
Olive-oil-1 spoon
Curry Leaves- 2
Salt-1/4 spoon


Put a pan on medium flame and add olive oil. After 30 seconds add cumin, mustard, red chillies, garlic, curry leaves and ajwain seeds . When it starts crackling, add rice and salt on top and put lid for a minute.
Now, open lid and mix the rice well for next 5 minutes.

Yummy ajwain rice is ready now. It serves good for a person


Garlic and ajwain seeds are good to solve digestion problem. If you feel uncomfortable with digestion, eat this rice before 3 hours of sleep
