Ingredients

1 cup paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1/4 tablespoon mustard seeds
5 to 6 fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon nigella seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon asafetida
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
3/4 cup fresh curd
1 teaspoon plain flour
3 tablspoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

Directions

Step 1: Mix the fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida in a small bowl. Now heat the oil and add the above seed mixture.

Step 2: When they crackle, add the onion and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add paneer, turmeric, chilli powder, black salt and stir for some time.

Step 3: Add curd, sprinkle it with plain flour and mix well. Add coriander and salt and boil it. Now you can serve it hot with rice or chapatis.
