Cheesy Dabeli

2 potato
1 onion
2 tablespoon tamarind paste
1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon refined oil
2 slices cheese slices
2 tablespoon pomegranate
2 tablespoon roasted peanuts
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 buns
1 teaspoon butter


Boil the potatoes firstly and mash them properly.

Now heat oil in a pan, add onions, pav bhaji masala, mashed potatoes, red chilli powder tamarind paste and water. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.

Once the mixture is done, switch off the gas, add pomegranate seeds and roasted peanuts.

Now apple butter on the buns and toast from both sides. Layer the bun with cheese slice.

Apple tomato ketchup on one side of the bun and stuff half the mixture in it. Close the bun by gently pressing it. Repeat the steps with to stuff the second bun as well. You can garnish with sev and coriander leaves and your cheesy dabeli is ready.
