About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Data Engineer to join our team. who has real, practical experience working with data pipelines, SQL, and ETL processes — not just coursework or tutorials.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
Build and manage SSIS packages for data integration and transformation
Write Python scripts for data processing, automation, and pipeline orchestration
Collaborate with analysts and other engineers to ensure data quality and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues
Document processes and maintain clean, reusable code
Minimum 2 years of genuine, verifiable hands-on experience with:
SQL (writing complex queries, joins, optimization)
SSIS (building/maintaining ETL packages)
ETL/ELT concepts and tools
Python (data manipulation, scripting, libraries like Pandas)
Ability to demonstrate real project work (portfolio, GitHub, or work samples) — candidates should be prepared to walk through their actual contributions during interviews
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree is a plus, but genuine experience takes priority over degree status
