• Pistachios - 10 grams.
• Mango pulp - 1 cup.
• Sugar powder - 1 cup.
• Hung curd - 1 cup.
Take curd put it in the muslin cloth, fold it and hang them for 6 hours in the refrigerator,
Take a bowl, add hung curd, whisk it till no lumps.
Then add sugar powder, mango pulp, mix it well and rest in the refrigerator.
Later strain it and serve it.
This simple easy to make instant shrikhand preferred to be served as side dish with roti in Maharastra or simply to serve as dessert.
