• Bread - 4 number.
• Eggs - 2 number.
• Sugar - 1-2 tablespoon.
• Salt - pinch.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup.
• Strawberry sauce - 1/4 cup.
Break open two eggs into abowl, beat well by adding some sugar, a pinch of salt and milk.
Dip bread slices in the prepared egg mixture, place it on a hot pan, pour the remaining mixture on top of the bread in small quantities, toast it on both sides using butter and transfer to a serving plate.
Top the toast with pomegranate seeds, strawberry sauce and serve it.
