
All Purpose flour(Maida),Sooji,Rice Flour,Besan(Senaga pindi),Chapati flour - each one 1 measurement(Equal quantity)
Salt - to taste
Oil
1.Mix all the flours together along with some salt with water and make it into a smooth batter.
2.let it remain like that overnight and next morning your dosa batter is ready.
3.Enjoy your favorite indian breakfast with ginger chutney.
