Texas FinServ shree raghunath temple
Pumpkin Kofta

Ingredients

2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
salt as required
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 boiled,mashed potato
1 cup diced,boiled pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
refined oil as required

Directions

In a bowl, combine boiled pumpkin cubes, boiled potato, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, dry mango powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, gram flour, salt as per taste and 1 tsp oil.

Mix well to make a thick batter.

From the mixture make small balls in the shape of kofta.

Heat oil in kadhai and shallow fry the koftas till golden brown from both sides.

Once done, serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
