• Cashew nut - 50 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 number.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Tamarind - 20 grams.
• Red chilly - 4 number.
• Onions - 3 number.
• Jaggery - 1 tea spoon.
Heat oil in a pan, add red chilies, tamarind, onion, hing and saute it till the onions are golden in colour.
To it, even add salt, tomatoes, cashew nuts, cook for some time then add jaggery, switch off the flame. Let it cool down and make a paste in food processor.
Serve this with rawa dosa.
