2 tablespoons oil
A pinch of hing
10-12 long green chillies (chopped)
2 medium-sized tomato (chopped)
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
salt to taste
1 teaspoon amchoor (optional)
Heat oil in a pan and then add hing to it. Add green chillies and the remaining dry masalas to it. Cook for a minute.
Add tomatoes cook until the tomatoes have dried out and the oil has separated. Serve hot!
I make this dish on days I have the craving for something really really spicy.
