Paneer Chocolate Swiss Roll

300 gram bourbon biscuit packet

1 tbsp butter

200 gram Paneer


Grind bourbon biscuits in a blender to make it into a fine powder .

Add butter and make a soft dough. Add little water if the mixture is too dry and keep it aside.

Next crumble paneer finely and keep aside.

Apply butter to a parchment / butter paper.

Place the biscuit dough on the paper and roll it out using a rolling pin such that the dough thickness becomes 1/4 inch.

Now spread the crumbled paneer on to the dough evenly and press it firmly.

Now start rolling it as tight as you can with the help of butter paper slowly.

Keep it in refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until it is set. Once set remove the paper.

Cut the roll in ½ inch thickness and serve.


Paneer Chocolate Swiss Roll is a to-die-for dessert made with just three ingredients. This is a no bake, easy to prepare dish, that can be prepared even by kids during cooking competitions.
