• Mustard oil - 1 to fry.
• Rice flour - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Chilli pdr - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Eggplant - 1 numbers.
First cut the eggplan into round.For marination add chilli powder, turmuric, salt mix well, rice flour apply this mixture to cut eggplants and keep aside.
Now take a non stick pan add oil spread over all the pan,now add the coated brinjal and cook on very slow flame both the sides.
Begun/ Eggplant/ Aubergine/ Brinjal is a popularly used vegetable in Indian cooking. Bengali eggplant fry is a side dish that can be eaten with rice, chapattis or just as a snack. For preparing, coat spices over the eggplants with spices and deep fry until done.
