gingergarlic paste 1/2 Teaspoons
turmuric pinch
green chillies 4 Numbers
coriander pwd 1/2 Teaspoons
red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoons
garamasala pinch
pepper pwd 1/2 Teaspoons
water as needed
coriander leaves 2 Springs
salt as per taste
onion 1 Numbers
cumin seeds pinch
butter 1 Tablespoons
kapuras 5 Numbers
In a pan add butter, cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt mix well now add the kapurs cut into 4 parts mix well, now add ginger garlic paste, turmuric, green chillies , red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, mix well cook for 10 min by closing a lid.
After 10-15 min remove the lid add garamasala, pepper pwd, coriander leaves mix well switch of the flame and serve hot
