Jaggery 1/4 Cup
Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoons
Chilly sauce 1 Tablespoons
Onion 1 Numbers
Chopped ginger 1 Teaspoons
Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoons
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Vinegar 2 Tablespoons
Soya sauce 2 Tablespoons
fish 1 Numbers
Fish stock 1 Cup
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons
1. Take fish make gashes on both sides. Take a bowl add Soya sauce, vinegar, mixes it and pour the sauce on the fish, after marinating for 15 minutes sprinkle the corn flour and dredge it.
2. Heat oil in a pan add fish; cook in a slow flam. Take another pan heat oil add chopped garlic,chopped ginger, slices of onions, add chilly sauce, Soya sauce, tomato ketchup, add jaggery, salt, lemon juice, add fish stock, add white of spring onions.
3. Take the sauce and pour it on the fried fish.
