Ingredients

Panikakharu 500 Grams
Badi 15 Numbers
Tamatoes 2 Numbers
Onion 1 Numbers
Scrape Cocunut 3 Tablespoons
Oil 4-5 Teaspoons
Phutan 1/2 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds 2 Teaspoons
Garlic 2 Clove
Scrape Coconut 2 Teaspoons
Jeera 1-2 Pinch
Dry Chilli 1-2 Numbers
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1 Pinch
Coriander Leaf 1 Bunch

Directions

Cut paniKakharu in to small pieces of squares. Fry badi in small amount of oil and keep it aside. Heat 4 spooons(tb) of oil. Add phutan to the oil when it is hot. Add chopped onion into it and fry till it is golden brown in color. Add chopped tamatoes to it and fry it till it is done. Add cut panikakharu in to it. Add salt, turmeric,sugar to it. Stir and cover it for 5 minutes. Fry some more time till it is half cooked. Add the mustard paste to it and stire it thoroughly and cover it. Cook for another 7-8 minutes till it is done. Don`t make it very soft. When it`s done add the fried badies,chopped coriander leaf to it and stir well. Keep it covered for 1 or 2 minutes. Then serve it with plain rice and toor dal.
