Ingredients

1. 250 gms of cheese cubes (each cube half-inch large)
2. 1 onion
3. 1 capsicum
4. 1 tomato
5. 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander

For Marinating:
1. 1 / 2 cup yogurt
2. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
3. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
4. 2 teaspoon tandoori powder
5. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
6. 2 teaspoon chat masala
7. 2 teaspoon parsley
8. Salt and red chilli powder (according to taste)

Directions

Step 1: Cut vegetables into cubes. Mix all marinating ingredients and keep aside.

Step 2: Now mix the vegetables and paneer in the marinated mixture. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Step 3: Stick the pieces in skewer and cook in tandoor.

Step 4: Serve it hot with green chutney. Use coriander and lime pieces for decoration.
