Grated coconut 2 table spoons
Curry leafs 1cup
Oil/ ghee
Red chillies 2
Rice 500gms 2 1/2 cups
Temarind half the size of leamon
Cook the rice fluffy, keep it aside.
Make a paste of curryleaf, tamarind,2 table spoons of freshly grated coconut and a green chili.
Take a pan add butter/ghee/oil and when hot add red chilies, add above made paste and let it fry for a minute or two.
Add the rice and mix well and let fry for a minute.
Serve it hot.
