How To Make Dough For Roti In A Food Processor

Ingredients

Flour 2 1/2 cups
Salt pinch
Water 12 ounces.

Directions

In order to make the dough for chapatis you will need the plastic attachment that would have come with the food processor. It Is easier to make the dough in a food processor. You can make enough and put it in the fridge. So,That you have the dough ready for fresh chapatis.


Add the flour to the food processor container.

Add a pinch of salt - optional.

Now add 8 oz of water and turn the food processor on.

Watch the dough take shape.

Slowly add more water while the food processor is operating.

Continue the process till a well shape dough is formed.

Remove and put it in the fridge to chill it.

Take out and leave it at room temprature before making chapatis.
