1 glass milk (skim to full)
1-2 ounce chinese noodles (or 1-2 falooda sev)
1 1/2 teaspoons rose water (or rooafzah)
1/2 teaspoon falooda seeds (or takmaria seeds) (optional)
pista kulfi or plain kulfi ice cream or vanilla ice cream
Cook falooda sev as per instructions on the packet or cook it in a vessel covered with water till it becomes soft and drain the excess water.
Soak cleaned subja seeds in 3 cups of water for 30 mins by the end of which, the seeds will turn into big sticky seeds.
Take two tall glasses for serving falooda,add 2tsp boiled sev in each glass.Top it with 2 spoons of subja seeds, add 2tsp of rose water or rooafzah and pour chilled milk till 1/2 the level and top it with dry fruits and ice cream and add rose water on the top.
Ready to serve.
