6-8 pork
2tbsp butter
2 eggs
2cups milk
1cup flour
pepper
salt to taste
Chop the pork into roundels.keep aside.Beat egg .add milk,flour,salt,and pepper.Mix to form a smooth batter.Heat the oven to 230'c.place the pork roundels on a baking pan.pour in the prepared batter in top.put it in the oven for ten minutes. Served best onion gravy.
