2 cups of fresh corn beads
2 cups of Milk
150gms sugar
50gms ghee
2 tbls khaju
2 tbls Kishmis
1/2 ts Elachi powder
100gs Cova


Grid the corn to make it a thick paste.Mix it with milk and take a bowl boil the mixture till the milk and corn becomes thick hard paste. Pour ghee and mix and cova and sugar, cook for 5 mins

Add elachi powder, khaju and kishmis.

Take a plate, apply ghee on the plate spread complete mixture on the plate and leave it to dry.

Once it get dry cut it into square piece s and Serve it
