Ingredients
Whole milk 300ml
Orange 1, zested
Dark chocolate 100g, chopped
Single cream 75ml
Spiced rum 2 shots (optional)
Directions
Gently heat the milk and orange zest in a pan until simmering. Take off the heat and leave to infuse for 5 minutes before straining out the zest.
Add the chocolate and leave for 2 minutes before stirring until melted and combined.
Stir in the cream. Return to the heat to warm through, if needed, then pour into mugs and with the rum, if using. Done
