Ingredients
1 tbsp Saffola oil
1 tsp black cumin seeds
3 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp Saffola oil
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
200 gms minced chicken
1 cup tomato puree
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add black cumin seeds, onions, ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
Add tomato puree, chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, salt, green chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Heat oil in another pan.
Add the minced chicken and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add the cooked chicken to the stuffing and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add the stuffing to the bitter gourd and seal it with a thread. Heat oil in a grill pan and grill the bitter gourds for 4-5 mins.
