Ingredients
oil 1cup
Bari ilaayach 1
Basmati rice 2cups
biryani masala 1tbsp
Chhotee ilaayach 2
chilli pdr 1/2tsp
coriander leaves 1bunch
coriander pdr 1tsp
curd 2cups
Daalchini (cinnamon) 1stick
fried onion 1big onion
ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
gr chilli 1tsp
Jeera 1/2tsp
Jeera powder 1tsp
mint 1bunch
Prawn 400grams
Red chilly powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Directions
Marinate basmati rice in water for 20minutes.
Add cardamom,cinamom and bay leaf ,salt and a tbsp of oil to boiling water and then add the marinated basmati rice to it, cook rice till 90 % done.
Heat oil and saute/fry shrimp as shown with marination as shown cook shrimp till 50 % done.
add curd and all other spices and add shrimp and mix top with hot rice and let it cook for not more than 7-10 min on low flame.
