Baked fish with Balsamic vinegar

Ingredients
2nos salmon/pomfret fish steaks
1/2 tsp mustard paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
A pinch pf salt
juice of 1 lime
2tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Directions
Marinate the fish steaks and keep aside. Using silver foil place each marinated fish steaks in the foil form a parcle.Refrigerate for 20-30min.place the foil container on a hot griddle plate or over a barbeque for ten minutes as fish cooks fast.Remove from silver foil and serve along side some pasta and buttered greens.
